Paneer tikka is one of the most popular vegetarian tandoor dishes. This dish involves grilling, hence considered a healthy dish as well. Paneer is known to be a high protein food and also a good source of calcium.

Preparation
- Hang the curds in muslin cloth for 20 minutes.
- Mix the curds, turmeric, oil, cornflour,amchoor, red chilli powder, tandoori masala and ginger garlic paste in a bowl.
- Add paneer and marinate the paneer for half an hour..
- Remove paneer pieces from the marinade.
- Add the onion, capsicum and tomato to the left over marinade.
- Mix well until pieces are well coated.
- Place the tikkas and vegetables on a grill rack.
- Cook them in a preheated oven at 200 c for 15 minutes.
- Once done, sprinkle some chat masala and lime juice and serve hot.
