Paneer tikka is one of the most popular vegetarian tandoor dishes. This dish involves grilling, hence considered a healthy dish as well. Paneer is known to be a high protein food and also a good source of calcium.

  1. Hang the curds in muslin cloth for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix the curds, turmeric, oil, cornflour,amchoor, red chilli powder, tandoori masala and ginger garlic paste in a bowl.
  3. Add paneer and marinate the paneer for half an hour..
  4. Remove paneer pieces from the marinade.
  5. Add the onion, capsicum and tomato to the left over marinade.
  6. Mix well until pieces are well coated.
  7. Place the tikkas and vegetables on a grill rack.
  8. Cook them in a preheated oven at 200 c for 15 minutes.
  9. Once done, sprinkle some chat masala and lime juice and serve hot.
