Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
  1. Add 3 cups water, onion and carrots to the lentils and pressure cook for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Mash and pass it through a sieve.
  3. Transfer to a saucepan.
  4. Add the tomato puree, salt and pepper.
  5. Boil over a low flame for 5 minutes and serve hot.
