Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, dry red chillies and onions
- Saute onions until light brown, add amaranth leaves and salt.
- Add little water and close and keep for 2 minutes until done
- Add grated coconut
- NOTE: other greens like agathi. manathakali, drumstick leaves, spinach can be used to make this dish
