Preparation
- In a non- stick pan add boiled corn kernels, red chilli flakes and green chilli and cook for a minute.
- Add green capsicum, red capsicum, lemon juice and salt.
- Cover with lid and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir well, add pepper and garnish with coriander leaves.
