  1. Crush the garlic cloves.
  2. Blanch and chop the tomatoes.Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the onion, garlic, ginger and chicken.
  3. Stir fry for a few minutes till chicken is tender.
  4. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken stock, 1 cup water, salt, sugar and chilli powder.
  5. Bring it to boil and simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Remove from flame and serve hot.
