Preparation
- Crush the garlic cloves.
- Blanch and chop the tomatoes.Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the onion, garlic, ginger and chicken.
- Stir fry for a few minutes till chicken is tender.
- Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken stock, 1 cup water, salt, sugar and chilli powder.
- Bring it to boil and simmer for a few minutes.
- Remove from flame and serve hot.
