  1. Heat oil, saute onions until light brown and grind into a paste
  2. Blanch tomatoes and make it into a puree
  3. Heat oil, add onion paste and saute for a minute
  4. Add tomato puree, sautee until a little dry
  5. Add coriander powder, chilli powder, tumeric, cumin powder, garam masala and salt
  6. Saute till raw smell goes
  7. Add chicken, stir till masala sticks to chicken
  8. Add one cup hot water
  9. Cover and simmer till chicken is cooked
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves
