chicken curry
A quick n yummy chicken curry....

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 5 cup

Preparation
- Heat oil, saute onions until light brown and grind into a paste
- Blanch tomatoes and make it into a puree
- Heat oil, add onion paste and saute for a minute
- Add tomato puree, sautee until a little dry
- Add coriander powder, chilli powder, tumeric, cumin powder, garam masala and salt
- Saute till raw smell goes
- Add chicken, stir till masala sticks to chicken
- Add one cup hot water
- Cover and simmer till chicken is cooked
- Garnish with coriander leaves
