Its a popular side dish in tamilnadu. Cabbage is known to be a good detoxifier. Its abundant in vitamin c and and iodine and also has good amounst of fiber.

Preparation
- Cut cabbage finely
- Heat oil in a pan, mustard, urdh dal ,dry chilli and curry leaves
- Saute for a minute,
- Add cabbage, 1/4 cup water, salt and closeit and cook for 5 minutes until done.
