Yellow pepper curry
This is simple curry with onions, tomato and capsicum to go with chapattis, rotis and rice. Capsicum also called as bell peppers apart from being good in taste, it also holds a great degree of nutritional value. It contains carotenoids, vitamin A, C and proteins. Yellow pepper can be substituted with green and red peppers.

Preparation
- Cut peppers, onions and tomato into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard, urdh dal, pepper.
- Add onions,sauté well.
- Add tomatoes and capsicum and stir.
- Add little water, turmeric powder and salt and cover with lid for sometime.
- Finally add gram flour and tamarind juice.
- Let it boil well.
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
