Vegetable curry
A delicious, healthy curry which you can make with your favourite vegetables!

Preparation
- Take the coconut meat and add 3 cups of water to it and blend.
- Strain the coconut milk which you get from this.
- Puree the tomatoes which have been kept in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Fry the onions in the oil or ghee until the onions are golden.
- Combine the turmeric and chilly powder and add it to the onions and continue frying.
- Add the yogurt, tomato puree and the boiled vegetables and fry again.
- Add the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
- Sprinkle the dry powder over the vegetables and cook it for a few minutes.
- Add salt.
