  1. Chop the onion and garlic and fry it in the butter.
  2. Cut the tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots and boil in the water until all veggies are tender.
  3. Mix the fried onion, garlic with the boiled veggies and blend it for a minute or two.
  4. Strain, add salt and pepper and it is ready to serve.
