Tomato Soup

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 5 cup
Preparation
- Chop the onion and garlic and fry it in the butter.
- Cut the tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots and boil in the water until all veggies are tender.
- Mix the fried onion, garlic with the boiled veggies and blend it for a minute or two.
- Strain, add salt and pepper and it is ready to serve.
