Whole-wheat, nutritious, tasty Gujarati bread. Eaten best with aloo subji or pickle and Yogurt/Curd. Great for travelling or school-lunches.

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. (Use water sparingly)
  2. Make a soft dough and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions.
  4. Roll into circles (5" diameter)
  5. Roast on lightly greased Tava/non-stick pan, on both sides till cooked.
