  1. Add all the liquid ingredients and mix for a minute.
  2. Add the sugar, mix.
  3. Crush the garlic and ginger and add to the dressing.
  4. Finely chop the cilantro, mint and basil and add to the dressing.
  5. Cool for about 2 hours before serving.
