Thai Ginger Dressing

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 20 tbsp
Preparation
- Add all the liquid ingredients and mix for a minute.
- Add the sugar, mix.
- Crush the garlic and ginger and add to the dressing.
- Finely chop the cilantro, mint and basil and add to the dressing.
- Cool for about 2 hours before serving.
