Tavsoli (cucumber cake)

Made from cucumbers,preferably bigger types, mostly available in Goa, Karnatak etc.Baked a la dhokla

Cook Time: 45 mins
  1. 1. Peel and cut the cucumbers
  2. 2. Grind together the first three ingredients
  3. 3. Add and mix the soji to the above. Mixture should be thinner than spoon-dropping consistancy.
  4. 4. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes. Soji grains will become softer and swollen.
  5. 5. Steamin a dhokla dish for 15 mins.
  6. cut in to square pieces when cool and serve
