Tavsoli (cucumber cake)
Made from cucumbers,preferably bigger types, mostly available in Goa, Karnatak etc.Baked a la dhokla

Ingredients

Preparation
- 1. Peel and cut the cucumbers
- 2. Grind together the first three ingredients
- 3. Add and mix the soji to the above. Mixture should be thinner than spoon-dropping consistancy.
- 4. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes. Soji grains will become softer and swollen.
- 5. Steamin a dhokla dish for 15 mins.
- cut in to square pieces when cool and serve
