This is a paste made of sesame seeds. A middle-eastern recipe. Used in other foods like Hummus etc.

Preparation
- In a mixie grinder bowl, grind the sesame seeds till smooth.
- Add sesame oil, salt.
- Gradually add water till you get a homogeneous paste of desired consistency
