Stir fried mushroom

This stir fried mushroom is a simple and easy to do dish. This dish has a good balance of sweet and sourness with a hint of spice. Mushrooms are known to be a good source of lean protein as it contains zero cholesterol, fats and very low carbohydrates, and they are full of vitamins and minerals.

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  2. Add mushroom, sauté till soft.
  3. Add tomatoes, spring onions.
  4. Stir a little, add soya sauce, vinegar, and sugar.
  5. Stir till sugar dissolves.
  6. Add strips of green and red capsicum. Stir for minute and remove from flame.
