Stir fried mushroom
This stir fried mushroom is a simple and easy to do dish. This dish has a good balance of sweet and sourness with a hint of spice. Mushrooms are known to be a good source of lean protein as it contains zero cholesterol, fats and very low carbohydrates, and they are full of vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 3 portion
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add mushroom, sauté till soft.
- Add tomatoes, spring onions.
- Stir a little, add soya sauce, vinegar, and sugar.
- Stir till sugar dissolves.
- Add strips of green and red capsicum. Stir for minute and remove from flame.
