Stewed apricots
Here is a simple and easy recipe to make delicious stewed apricots. This dessert is both tasty and healthy and loaded with vitamin A, carotenoids, fiber and invisible fat .

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 3 portion
Preparation
- Wash apricots and soak in water overnight.
- Cut into halves, remove stones and cook in water till soft.
- Add sugar and cook.
- If syrup is too thin, remove fruits and thicken the sugar syrup.
- Add the fruit to the syrup and allow it to cool.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
