Spicy Spinach and ginger vergetable

Cook Time: 7 mins
  1. Cut the ginger into very fine pieces.
  2. Fry the ginger in very hot oil in a pan, until brown.
  3. Add the spinach and chilies and let it cook until the spinach is wilted.
  4. Add the salt, garam masala, sugar and chili powder and cook for another 5 minutes.
