Spicy Spinach and ginger vergetable

Preparation
- Cut the ginger into very fine pieces.
- Fry the ginger in very hot oil in a pan, until brown.
- Add the spinach and chilies and let it cook until the spinach is wilted.
- Add the salt, garam masala, sugar and chili powder and cook for another 5 minutes.
