Shrimp karwar
Shrimp karwar is yummy, Indian style dry masala. Shrimps, the most delicious seafood are considered perfectly healthy for people with normal cholesterol levels. They are low in saturated fat, and although they are high in cholesterol. They do not increase the overall cholesterol levels.

Preparation
- Mix cornflour , egg, chili paste and salt and make a batter.
- Coat shrimps in this mixture and fry them.
- Chop onions and tomatoes finely
- Sauté onions in a separate kadai until light brown.
- Add tomatoes, sauté for few minutes.
- Add chilli powder, pepper and curry leaves.
- Add prawns and toss them for a while until all the shrimps are coated with the masala.
