I love this salad as it is a complete meal in itself plus it tastes good!

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 4 cup

Preparation
- Chop all the veggies.
- Mix all ingredients (except Wheat Flakes) and chill before serving.
- Top the salad with some Wheat Flakes or equivalent to add a crunchiness before serving.
