Potato patakha
Potato patakha resembles and tastes similar to a Chinese Manchurian. It?s a hot and sour dry dish perfect for a vegetarian starter. Potatoes are nutrient dense. With the exception of vitamin A, they contain just about every nutrient. They are rich sources of potassium and good sources of iron and copper.
