Cook Time: 30 mins
  1. Mix the dry ingredients together
  2. Add the milk.
  3. Add 1 tsp of olive oil.
  4. Add water and knead till dough is soft.
  5. Lightly knead again with remaining olive oil.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and keep.
  7. Check on the dough every hour and knead lightly. Cover and keep again. You can do this 3-4 times.
  8. Roll dough into 2 pizza pies.
  9. Add pizza sauce, toppings and bake at about 30 mins at 200C. Baking times may vary on your oven.
