Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 8 piece
Preparation
- Mix the dry ingredients together
- Add the milk.
- Add 1 tsp of olive oil.
- Add water and knead till dough is soft.
- Lightly knead again with remaining olive oil.
- Cover with plastic wrap and keep.
- Check on the dough every hour and knead lightly. Cover and keep again. You can do this 3-4 times.
- Roll dough into 2 pizza pies.
- Add pizza sauce, toppings and bake at about 30 mins at 200C. Baking times may vary on your oven.
