Peanut Garlic Podi

I had this the first time in Bombay but have found that a similar podi/chutney is made in Chennai as well.

Preparation

  1. Note: The red-chilles are dry red chilles and 1/2 cup of garlic is about 10-12 cloves of garlic.
  2. Peal the garlic.
  3. Grind all the ingredients together.
  4. Refrigerate and use as necessary.
