Peanut Garlic Podi
I had this the first time in Bombay but have found that a similar podi/chutney is made in Chennai as well.

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 12 tbsp
Preparation
- Note: The red-chilles are dry red chilles and 1/2 cup of garlic is about 10-12 cloves of garlic.
- Peal the garlic.
- Grind all the ingredients together.
- Refrigerate and use as necessary.
