Pasta Pomodoro
Basic Italian pasta with a home cooked tomato sauce.

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 4 cup

Preparation
- Chop the tomatoes and deseed.
- Warm the olive oil in a pan and saute the garlic until translucent.
- Add basil and tomatoes and simmer for 1 hour.
- Add salt to taste.
- Follow directions on the package to cook the penne (or other pasta).
- Drain pasta and immediately add to the sauce and serve.
- Garnish with parmesan cheese
