Paneer thadka is north Indian, easy to do dish which can be had as a side dish or can be made into a sandwich. Paneer is a high protein food usually substituted for meat in Indian cooking. It?s a good source of calcium.

Preparation
- Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds and green chillies chopped finely.
- Add chopped onions, sauté until light brown.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes, sauté well.
- Add turmeric powder and cumin powder.
- Add the crumbled paneer and stir for 2 minutes.
- Finally add lime juice and garnish it with coriander leaves.
