Onion Tomato Chutney
Good chutney to eat with Idlis, dosas.

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 20 tbsp

Preparation
- Heat oil.
- Fry the red chillies
- Fry the onion.
- Fry the tomatoes once onions are browned.
- let it cool
- Grind the onions and tomatoes.
- Leave this aside.
- Temper the hing, curry leaves and mustard in a little oil and add to the ground paste.
- Add salt to taste and serve!
