Good chutney to eat with Idlis, dosas.

Preparation

Cook Time: 10 mins
  1. Heat oil.
  2. Fry the red chillies
  3. Fry the onion.
  4. Fry the tomatoes once onions are browned.
  5. let it cool
  6. Grind the onions and tomatoes.
  7. Leave this aside.
  8. Temper the hing, curry leaves and mustard in a little oil and add to the ground paste.
  9. Add salt to taste and serve!
