Preparation
- Break the egg in bowl.
- Mix the salt, chilli powder and corriander seeds with the egg - stir it well.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add the egg mixture and fry for a minute and then turn it over for another minute.
- HOT HOT Omlette is ready!
