Mutter paneer
This is a north Indian dish with paneer and peas definitely makes it a protein rich one. Besides being good sources of protein peas, has good amounts of vitamin K, C,B6, folic acid and fiber and paneer is rich in calcium.

Ingredients

Preparation
- Cut paneer into small pieces.
- Fry them with little oil till light brown on all sides.
- Chop tomato, onion and green chilli and grind them in a mixie.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add bay leaves and cloves.
- Add the ground paste and ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt. Stir well.
- Add the peas and stir for another 3 minutes.
- Add required water and bring gravy to boil.
- Add the paneer pieces. Let it simmer for sometime.
- Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves
