Muesli - Homemade

A filling, healthy breakfast item made at home. I actually eat it any time of the day!

Preparation

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
  1. Mix the oats with the honey and vanilla.
  2. Mash the banana and mix with the oat clusters.
  3. Cut the almonds and dates into small pieces.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and place in the oven (at low heat) for about 15 minutes.
  5. Make sure it doesn't burn.
  6. Remove from oven, let it cool and store in air-tight jar.
  7. Have with cold or hot milk as per your liking. You could add other dried fruits (cranberry, figs etc) or extra sugar/honey while eating.
