Muesli - Homemade
A filling, healthy breakfast item made at home. I actually eat it any time of the day!

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 22 cup

Preparation
- Mix the oats with the honey and vanilla.
- Mash the banana and mix with the oat clusters.
- Cut the almonds and dates into small pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients and place in the oven (at low heat) for about 15 minutes.
- Make sure it doesn't burn.
- Remove from oven, let it cool and store in air-tight jar.
- Have with cold or hot milk as per your liking. You could add other dried fruits (cranberry, figs etc) or extra sugar/honey while eating.
