Greek salad
A beautiful looking salad which has the combination of vegetables of different colors and hence comes with plenty of nutrition. Olives and olive oil being store houses of vitamin E,D,K and A and monosaturated fat adds to the nutrition value of this salad

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 4 portion
Preparation
- Cut all the cheese and vegetables except lettuce into cubes
- Toss them together.
- Add the olives, lettuce and oregano.
- Whisk the vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil and lime juice together.
- Pour over the salad.
- Toss well and serve.
