Greek salad

A beautiful looking salad which has the combination of vegetables of different colors and hence comes with plenty of nutrition. Olives and olive oil being store houses of vitamin E,D,K and A and monosaturated fat adds to the nutrition value of this salad

  1. Cut all the cheese and vegetables except lettuce into cubes
  2. Toss them together.
  3. Add the olives, lettuce and oregano.
  4. Whisk the vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil and lime juice together.
  5. Pour over the salad.
  6. Toss well and serve.
