  1. Heat the oil.
  2. Roast all the spice seeds (Also add dagad-phool spice 1tbsp, Asafoetida/Hing - 0.5 tsp during roasting).
  3. The masala should be well-roasted and aromatic.
  4. Grind to a powder
  5. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
