Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 20 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat the oil.
- Roast all the spice seeds (Also add dagad-phool spice 1tbsp, Asafoetida/Hing - 0.5 tsp during roasting).
- The masala should be well-roasted and aromatic.
- Grind to a powder
- Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
