Preparation
- Soak Urad dal for an hour.
- Grind The urad with the green chillies and salt after removing the water.
- Make patties of urad dal and fry it in hot oil till golden brown.
- Remove from the oil and drain well and drop in cool water.
- Make a raita with the yogurt, salt and jeera powder .
- Squeeze the vada from the water and put it in the yogurt mixture.
- Garnish with chili powder and coriander leaves and tamarind chutney.
