Cook Time: 15 mins
  1. Soak Urad dal for an hour.
  2. Grind The urad with the green chillies and salt after removing the water.
  3. Make patties of urad dal and fry it in hot oil till golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oil and drain well and drop in cool water.
  5. Make a raita with the yogurt, salt and jeera powder .
  6. Squeeze the vada from the water and put it in the yogurt mixture.
  7. Garnish with chili powder and coriander leaves and tamarind chutney.
