Cucumber Cuchumber

Ingredients

Preparation
- 1. Wash and peel cucumber. Chop into small pieces.
- 2. To the cucumber, add sugar, lime, salt, corriander (finely chopped), peanut powder.
- 3. In a small Kadai, heat the ghee and add jeera and hing. When the jeera crackles, add the green chilli (cut into 2 /3 pieces).
- 4. Add this tempering to the cucumber.
- 5. Mix and serve chilled.
