  1. 1. Wash and peel cucumber. Chop into small pieces.
  2. 2. To the cucumber, add sugar, lime, salt, corriander (finely chopped), peanut powder.
  3. 3. In a small Kadai, heat the ghee and add jeera and hing. When the jeera crackles, add the green chilli (cut into 2 /3 pieces).
  4. 4. Add this tempering to the cucumber.
  5. 5. Mix and serve chilled.
