Ingredients

Preparation
- Pour the chicken stock into a pan and add onion to it.
- Allow it to simmer till the onions become tender.
- Keep aside some asparagus for garnishing and add the remaining to the stock and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Cool and blend in a blender.
- Reheat the blended soup, add salt and pepper.
- Serve with the remaining asparagus.
