Preparation

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
  1. Pour the chicken stock into a pan and add onion to it.
  2. Allow it to simmer till the onions become tender.
  3. Keep aside some asparagus for garnishing and add the remaining to the stock and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  4. Cool and blend in a blender.
  5. Reheat the blended soup, add salt and pepper.
  6. Serve with the remaining asparagus.
