Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, pepper, small onions, garlic, tomato.
- Sauté well add and add some coconut and sauté.
- Let it cool and grind into a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan again, add fennel seeds, pepper, small onions, dry chilllies and curry leaves.
- Add the chicken and the ground masala and let the chicken cook until done.
- Once the chicken is done, add more pepper and coriander leaves, stir well and serve.
