Chettinad chicken pepper fry

This is an authentic chettinad chicken pepper fry dish. It?s a spicy dish which can be used as a starter.Chicken is a good source of protein and has very little fat compared to other meats

Preparation

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, pepper, small onions, garlic, tomato.
  2. Sauté well add and add some coconut and sauté.
  3. Let it cool and grind into a paste.
  4. Heat oil in a pan again, add fennel seeds, pepper, small onions, dry chilllies and curry leaves.
  5. Add the chicken and the ground masala and let the chicken cook until done.
  6. Once the chicken is done, add more pepper and coriander leaves, stir well and serve.
