Capsicum masala

Capsicum, a rich source of vitamin C and A also has antioxidant properties. It is also said to promote cardiovascular health, reduce blood pressure and aid in digestion

  1. Chop onion and tomato into small pieces
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and sauté till golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, sauté till smell goes.
  4. Add tomato, chilli powder, garam masala, jeera powder and turmeric.
  5. Add capsicum, salt and ˝ cup water and let it cook with the masala for a few minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
