Preparation
- Chop onion and tomato into small pieces
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion and sauté till golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste, sauté till smell goes.
- Add tomato, chilli powder, garam masala, jeera powder and turmeric.
- Add capsicum, salt and ˝ cup water and let it cook with the masala for a few minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
