Bread and roasted onion salad is a healthy fiber rich salad.

Cook Time: 5 mins
  1. Cut capsicum, tomato and toasted bread into square pieces
  2. Roast onions directly over the flame. Cut them also into square pieces.
  3. For the dressing mix together vinegar, pepper, pickled gherkins, salt, and mixed herbes.
  4. In a serving bowl, mix together the onions, capsicum, tomato, bread cubes and ice- berg lettuce.
  5. Just before serving add dressing and toss well. Garnish with toasted bread crumbs.
