Bean burger
Vegetarian bean burgers. Can be eaten with burger buns, toast or as a meal accompaniment. Great school lunch for kids !

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 6 piece
Preparation
- Soak the beans overnight in water.
- Add salt and cook them in a pressure cooker, the next day so they are soft.
- Mash the cooked beans and set aside.
- Heat a non-stick pan, add some oil.
- Sautee garlic, onions.
- Add powdered spices.
- Clean and fine chop the mushrooms. Add to the pan and continue to sautee.
- Add the mashed beans.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Turn off the heat.
- When the mixture is cooled, make 6 equal portions.
- Shallow-fry with cooking oil in a pan.
- Burger patties are ready !
