Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 2 cup
Preparation
- Cook the oats as per the cooking instructions (boil with water) and you should have about 1/2 cup of cooked oats.
- Put the banana (1/2 - 1 banana), sugar and milk into a blender. Add ice-cubes if the milk is not cold.
- Start blending.
- Add the cooked oats and blend some more.
- Add the chunky peanut butter but now just blend a little unless you want a smoother texture.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
- For a variation you could add a bit of chocolate syrup.
