Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Smoothie

  1. Cook the oats as per the cooking instructions (boil with water) and you should have about 1/2 cup of cooked oats.
  2. Put the banana (1/2 - 1 banana), sugar and milk into a blender. Add ice-cubes if the milk is not cold.
  3. Start blending.
  4. Add the cooked oats and blend some more.
  5. Add the chunky peanut butter but now just blend a little unless you want a smoother texture.
  6. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
  7. For a variation you could add a bit of chocolate syrup.
