Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 1 glass
Preparation
- Cut badam into small pieces or powder the badam.
- Add the badam to the milk.
- Boil the milk well with the sugar.
- In a tbsp take the hot/warm milk and add the saffron. Mix the saffron well and then add this to the rest of the milk.
- Could be served chilled or hot.
- Using skim milk reduces the fat and calorie content of this drink.
