  1. Cut badam into small pieces or powder the badam.
  2. Add the badam to the milk.
  3. Boil the milk well with the sugar.
  4. In a tbsp take the hot/warm milk and add the saffron. Mix the saffron well and then add this to the rest of the milk.
  5. Could be served chilled or hot.
  6. Using skim milk reduces the fat and calorie content of this drink.
