Badam Katli
One of my favourite desserts!

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 15 piece
Preparation
- Powder the badam.
- Heat the sugar with one large spoon of water until you get a thick sticky syrup.
- Remove from heat and add the powdered badam and mix well.
- If the mixture is too dry add a little bit of milk and mix.
- Spread the mixture on a greased board and let it cool.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
- This is a quick recipe - the more traditional recipe requires you to soak badam overnite and then peel it before grinding/powdering it.
