Preparation

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
  1. Powder the badam.
  2. Heat the sugar with one large spoon of water until you get a thick sticky syrup.
  3. Remove from heat and add the powdered badam and mix well.
  4. If the mixture is too dry add a little bit of milk and mix.
  5. Spread the mixture on a greased board and let it cool.
  6. Cut into pieces and serve.
  7. This is a quick recipe - the more traditional recipe requires you to soak badam overnite and then peel it before grinding/powdering it.
