Apple Cinnamon muffins

These are great as a healthy snack for kids or adults. Taste good. You can swap all-purpose flour with wheat flour and make them healthier !

Preparation

Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
  1. Heat oven.
  2. Grease bottoms of mini muffin pan (not required for non-stick pans)
  3. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and grated apples.
  4. Combine all wet ingredients in another bowl and mix well. Beat lightly.
  5. Combine wet ingredients to dry ones and fold in. Do not beat.
  6. Pour the mixture into the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 20 mins at 200 C (depends on your oven) till light golden brown.
  8. Remove from baking pan, cool and eat !
