Apple Cinnamon muffins
These are great as a healthy snack for kids or adults. Taste good. You can swap all-purpose flour with wheat flour and make them healthier !

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 24 piece

Preparation
- Heat oven.
- Grease bottoms of mini muffin pan (not required for non-stick pans)
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and grated apples.
- Combine all wet ingredients in another bowl and mix well. Beat lightly.
- Combine wet ingredients to dry ones and fold in. Do not beat.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20 mins at 200 C (depends on your oven) till light golden brown.
- Remove from baking pan, cool and eat !
