Apple, orange salad
This is a simple 3 fruit salad with a light dressing which enhance the flavor of the fruits. This salad is highly rich in vitamin C and fiber.

Ingredients
Ingredient quantities shown are for 3 portion
Preparation
- Cut apple and pineapple into small pieces.
- Peel oranges and take them out of the segments. Mix the fruits together.
- For the dressing mix lime juice, sugar, salt, pepper, roasted crushed cumin seeds, red chili flakes.
- Pour dressing on the fruits and toss well.
