Apple, orange salad

This is a simple 3 fruit salad with a light dressing which enhance the flavor of the fruits. This salad is highly rich in vitamin C and fiber.

  1. Cut apple and pineapple into small pieces.
  2. Peel oranges and take them out of the segments. Mix the fruits together.
  3. For the dressing mix lime juice, sugar, salt, pepper, roasted crushed cumin seeds, red chili flakes.
  4. Pour dressing on the fruits and toss well.
