Aloo gobi masala
For all the potato lovers this gravy is an interesting combination of potato and cauliflower in a north Indian style. With cauliflower being notable for its vitamin C, folic acid, potassium and fiber contents and potato being a good source of vitamin C, potassium, iron and copper this is a good nutritious subji to go with chapattis.
